Detailed description
To meet the needs of analysis laboratories for the calibration of pH instruments, LNE produces certified buffer solutions at pH 4; 6.8 and 9.
Range of pH offered:
- Phthalate buffer (pH 4.1),
- Phosphate buffer (pH 6.8),
- Borate buffer (pH 9.0)
With U (k=2) = 0.005 pH units
The solutions are characterized using the primary calibration bench for pH measurements (Harned cell) validated through inter-laboratory comparisons between National Metrology Laboratories.
