Proposed calibration services
Grooved cylinders with flank throat half-angles of 27.5° and 30° (for threading at 55° and 60°)
Measurement range: Measuring rod diameter 40 mm ≤ D ≤ 60 mm
- Diameter measurements on rods conducted by means of interferometric comparison for 2 rod diameter values per groove, typically corresponding to the feeler bead diameters used by metrology laboratories
- Oriented profilometry of the flanks
- Optimal measurement uncertainty: U = 0.6 µm (k=2) (diameter); U = 0.2 µm (k=2) (straightness).
