The calibration of your measurement instruments ensures synchronization with the International System of Units while ensuring the traceability of your measurement results. Our resources serve to determine the accuracy of your instruments, backed by an accreditation, for dew-point temperatures ranging from -10°C to 85°C and for dry temperatures of between 19°C and 85°C.

Presentation of potential services

Calibration of hygrometers, thermo-hygrometers and psychrometers:

This calibration operation consists of determining the corrections to be applied to instrument readings at different relative humidity levels.
The sensor to be calibrated is placed in the vicinity of the standards within an enclosure capable of generating humid air at the desired temperature and relative humidity. The dew-point temperature is measured using a standard condensation hygrometer. On the other hand, dry temperature is measured by means of a platinum resistance thermometer placed adjacent to the sensor of the instrument undergoing calibration.
Uncertainty: Expanded uncertainty ranges are derived by applying an expansion coefficient of k=2. In relative humidity as a function of dry temperature: from ±0.3% to ±1.2% RH.

Calibration of dew-point hygrometers (condensation hygrometers):

This calibration operation consists of determining the corrections to be applied to instrument readings at various dew-point temperature levels.
The hygrometer to be calibrated is placed adjacent to the standard within an enclosure capable of generating humid air at the desired dew-point (and/or frost point) temperature. The dew-point temperature is measured using a standard condensation hygrometer.
Uncertainty: Expanded uncertainty ranges are derived by applying an expansion coefficient of k=2. In dew-point (and/or frost point) temperature, U = ±0.2°C.
