On August 1st, 2018, GMED became a wholly-owned subsidiary of LNE in the form of a simplified joint-stock company (SAS), a new status which will allow GMED to gain in flexibility, autonomy, reactivity and dexterity.

By giving GMED the opportunity to develop itself further, to gain in flexibility and reactivity while maintaining the level of requirement and excellence which made its notoriety at an international level, the LNE group shows once again the best of its adaptive capacity to serve the medical device industry and accompany the health of patients.

A new chapter in the history of GMED is being written. GMED can rely on the strong and solid team that has made its success for more than 20 years but also on new collaborators who will enable GMED to live up to its ambitions.
