Shock and vibration testing: LNE expands its capabilities

In view of the increasing demands of industrial specifications and the diversity of products to be tested, displacement and power have become essential criteria for vibration testing campaigns. To meet this need, LNE has expanded its capabilities with the acquisition of a new, latest-generation 125 kN electro-dynamic shaker.

A configurable shaker for all types of products

To meet the needs of industrial clients, particularly in sectors such as defence, rail, naval, industrial or medical, LNE has equipped itself with a new, latest-generation 125 kN electro-dynamic shaker. Thanks to its unique modularity, it enables testing on all types of products, from the lightest to the most voluminous.

Key technical characteristics of our new shaker

Power: 125 kN in sinusoidal/random and up to 375 kN in shock
Acceleration up to 200 g (3.5 m/s max)
Maximum displacement: 4″ (100 mm)
Two table sizes available: 900 × 900 mm and 1 400 × 1 400 mm (with guided expansion head)

This new equipment complements the resources of our vibration-testing laboratory, which has been renowned for over 30 years for the rigour and quality of its services.
